Blake is a North Carolina native & has held an NC Broker’s License for roughly 20 years. She's worked in both the Residential Market as well as the Commercial Sector & in all Property Types.

Tarheel born & bred, Blake has been fortunate to call many NC Towns "Home" & loves the opportunity to share all that NC has to offer.  After purchasing and selling her first property at a young age, beginning as a quest for personal knowledge, this spark has now evolved into a passion for helping others achieve their own real estate goals.

Blake’s approach to the real estate industry is deeply rooted in the principles of the Golden Rule. With a background in education and coaching, Blake works to empower Clients through each step of their real estate journey, whether they are searching for a family home or pursuing wealth-building opportunities.

The commitment to Client education is reflected in her dedication to staying informed about the latest market trends and technology, in addition to truly understanding her Clients’ needs and lifestyle.Her favorite part of the business is building relationships with her Clients and helping connect them to the community around them. Currently based in the Sandhills, Blake loves all that this corner of NC offers.  From the mountains to the sea, Blake is dedicated to helping you find the property that aligns with your goals and values.


When not with Clients, Blake can be found lakeside, beachside, or on a mountain.  Locally she’s re-upping her golf game or attending a local event.  As a mom, she’s often on the outside of the equestrian ring or soccer field.  She can also be found taking advantage everything Sandhills - from the amazing outdoor amenities, to the vibrant art, music, food & beverage scene.  And she feels so fortunate being able to learn even more about the Sandhills through the eyes of her children - alongside the equestrian ring & behind their camera (check out Discover Moore County, where they truly get to live where they play)!
