Sean was born in upstate New York (Rochester), and transplanted to Raleigh, NC in 1992. He later moved to Pinehurst, in 2009, for the small-town feel and to be closer to his parents. Sean’s passion for Residential Architecture, Landscape Design, Business, and Horticulture has been prevalent, since junior high. He pursued these interests by completing business, horticulture, and drafting courses, throughout high school, then by Graduating from North Carolina State University, with a focus in Horticultural Science & Business.
After graduating in 2005, Sean immediately jumped into a business venture opportunity, with his Father; co-founding a small Pharmaceutical/Biotech Company, which caters to a niche market in the first stages of Drug Discovery. Sean has played many important roles within the Company – from Field Service Engineer, to Marketing & Sales, to Logo & Branding, and Management. Sean also played a major role in three, Scientific U.S. Patents, which the Company now owns. Clients include Leading Pharmaceutical Companies, Biotechs, Universities, and other Research Vendors, in the Industry. Working directly with Leading Scientists, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Industry Leaders, he's commended for his ingenuity, his work-ethic, his dedication, and completing every task set forth. This business venture has abled Sean in traveling all over the United States and Internationally.….his favorite destinations thus far - Torrey Pines in San Diego, CA, Pebble Beach, CA, & Scotland, UK.
Due to his continuous Entrepreneurial Spirit and passion for Residential Architecture, Landscape Design, Business, and putting the Clients’ needs first, in 2011, Sean completed his Real Estate Studies, joined the REALTOR® Association, and now Practices Real Estate part-time, as a Broker here at Landseer Properties LLC – A career which he feels encompasses all his Professional Interests.
Sean’s service is above and beyond the call of duty.
