Lori is a REALTOR, Army wife, & devoted Mom to three. After marrying her husband, she left the small Georgia town where she was born & raised and has lived in five different states & two different countries! These extraordinary experiences have given her a wealth of knowledge in relocating, as well as the trials which may come with it. Ever the optimist, Lori is always able to find the excitement in new beginnings & loves helping other families find the excitement that their new home will bring them!
Lori’s passion for Real Estate began during her first experience of Buying and then Selling her Family’s first home. She finds great joy in helping her clients through their real estate process and is dedicated to ensuring that their process is filled with wonderful memories for them. She believes in building strong relationships with her clients, actively searching with them for homes that exceed their expectations, and continuous communication with them to ensure that they’re always informed.
Having moved every 2-3 years herself before settling in North Carolina, Lori understands completely the challenges that are faced by service members and their families during relocation. She has helped multiple families relocate to Moore County from as far away as Italy & Korea, and helped with their sight-unseen buying process. She’s able to incorporate FaceTime video calls, video walk-throughs, surrounding area photos, and providing extra photos of the home to ensure her clients are able to see every nook & cranny of a house they want to make their home. Her conversations with her clients go so far beyond just the bathroom and bedroom count; she wants to talk about the kitchen, outdoor living spaces, what they like to do for fun; all to ensure she’s able to help locate a home which will bring joy to the lives of the family within it.
In addition to helping you find your new home, Lori can help you sell your current house! She's extremely well-versed in the Moore County Real Estate Market and will seamlessly guide you through the selling process. Again, it’s not about rooms & bathrooms -- Lori takes her sellers back to the beginning and begins the process with why a seller BOUGHT their current home. Understanding what led a homeowner to purchase their current Property will lay the framework for potential buyers, and Lori believes in starting the selling process on that same framework. She has a wide array of techniques & strategies which will help your home stand out against all of the rest, to include: staging, professional photography, 3D walk through, open houses, & expert marketing.
During her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, interior design, entertaining friends, and reading.
